The Unispear BD100
The Unispear BD100 home biodiesel processor has a 120 litre tank capable of producing up to 100 litres of bio diesel in a single batch.
Specifications Include:
- Industrial strength fabricated frame, powder coated for longer life and with plastic end caps.
- 120 litre heavy duty conical polyethylene tank with a 6 inch top opening lid for easy access. Tank Height: 34 inches, Diameter: 23.5 inches, length: 18.5 inches.
- A 3kw stainless steel heating element (copper ones corrode very quickly) controlled by a separate thermostat.
- Safety fluid level switch to prevent running when empty.
- A powerful and robust cast iron pump (330 watt, 230v 1ph) with brass impellers.
- Both heater and pump are controlled by an independently powered 2hr timer.
- Control panel with digital thermometer.
- Built in water wash system and a drying system. (aquarium pump or air compressor required)
- 5 micron output filter.
- Only industrial strength fittings are used on Unispear BD100. No copper piping is used (copper corrodes with the acidic waste oil and methoxide).
- A comprehensive training course is available. For those who can't make the course full step by step instructions are provided.
